I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms had amazing views in bedrooms 2 and 3, and the service was top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the center of Broadbeach with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and the paid shuttle service was a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers excellent views from the rooms, but the sofa bed was not comfortable. It's a great choice for a girls' weekend, although more towels for the main bedroom would have been appreciated. The location is convenient, being close to the North Broadbeach tram stop, allowing easy access to Cavill Ave. The dining experience features delicious Italian products, and the service, especially at the receptionist, is top-notch.
